ACL not work with com_installer&view=install

Hi

the administrator/index.php?option=com_installer&view=install doesnt work to set up for groups so a group can also have acl access to the com_installer as you wish as a site owner..

see also example from PWT ACL manager attached. seems to be a security issue that this should not be possible for some reason?
