locked position module

Good evening,
After Upgrading from Joomla 3.6.2 to 3.6.4 on ALL upgraded sites use the template admin Hathor:
I go on moduli-> new (any form)
Location-> select (gray box) redirects to a page with the positions and locked.
I lined up the database, deletes the cache
Currently I use the admin Isis template that works
