Plugin Content Vote showing in category description

Hi all, not sure if it is a bug, so you can move this topic to a proper section.

I have a couple of Joomla! installation (version 3.7 and now 3.7.1) with the native Vote content plugin enabled in order to show the vote stars in category blog view and single article view.

After updating to 3.7 and 3.7.1 I have 5 stars displayed in the category blog description div, even when I set Category description to none from category menu options (Category Blog view). If I disable the Content Vote plugin everything is OK.

Tested in differents localhost with Php 5.6.23, online host with Php 7.1, template installed: native Protostar, and a custom template.

Way to reproduce it:
- Enable the Content vote plugin
- Create a Category Blog view
- Check those 5 stars showed into the <div class="category-desc">
