TinyMCE drag & drop issue after update to Joomla 3.9.5

Hi,

I'm suffering for this trouble.
TinyMCE drag & drop doesn't work on 3.9.5.

I made a manual for my staff, they can't nothing more than drag & drop, and now everything are not working.
Just praying for fixing.

@nktnm yes I can confirm the issue. However your staff's computer skills must be very basic if they do not know how to upload/insert files from a folder to an editor.
