Category list settings screwed up in 3.9.11?

Recently I upgraded Joomla to 3.9.11, and I just found that my page with Category List got paging.

There should be no paging.

And when I click to another page (?start=100 and the like), I get error "Modulo by zero".

Then in the backend I see settings:

Paging — Use global (Auto)

but I didn't set it Auto, I set No paging.

Also, it seems that in Article Manager general settings changed (show hits instead of show dates which I had set); though this may be I forgot.

In these circumstances, it would be better to provide more information such as the following so that others could review the issue.

- Site's URL
- What menu item shows the category list?

- What template is being used?
- Whether the template uses any sort of framework? If so, what framework.
- Whether the template has html overrides?
- If it is a third party template, whether the template is up to date.

- What was the previous version of Joomla from which it was upgraded?

- Whether you have a backup of your site before it was upgraded?
