[Problème] formulaire Proform Basic erreurs Strict Standard

Bonjour,

J'ai installé sur Joomla 3.0 le composant formulaire Proform Basic pour 3.0.

J'ai créé un formulaire catégorie, enregistré, lié à un menu, mais en front office j'ai tout plein d'erreurs Strict Standard
---> le formulaire ne s'affiche pas du tout
