Probleme mit Extension/Erweiterungen installieren

Post by mgfm » Fri Apr 19, 2013 8:04 am

http://www.mgfm-media.info/shop/adminis ... ew=install

503 Service Temporarily Unavailable

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

Meine php info ist hier
http://mgfm-media.info/info.php/

Ich hoste bei Strato und die meinten, es liegt nicht an ihnen sondern an der extension? ???

It's hard for me to say without more info, but from my experiences, your server is probably running out of available memory while uploading/extracting/installing this package. If possible try to use one of the other available methods to relieve the strain on your server.
Are you using shared hosting? what are type of server/host are you working on?
Does joomla pass all the qualifications in your system information in the administrator checklist/warnings?

HI and first thank you for quick reply.

I just called also with my provider and THEY admitted to have some problems because of a DOS attack - so that might be the reason?

Is there some manual or instruction to install virtuemart directly via my FTP account. Because that worked very well when I yesterday installed Joomla 3.0 succesfully.

I think so - Apache server - quite good normally (Enterprise solution from Strato)

Yes I checked everythin and it does.

However thanks for your answer but I think it's may be better for me to wait until my provider have their problem solved ;)

Unable to find install package

In tried to upload the file: com_virtuemart.2.0.20a.tar

waht you think may be the problem?
