Notizfeld bei Plugins ?

Hallo,
vor einigen Joomla-Versionen wurde bei den Modulen ein zusätzliches Kommentar(Note)-Feld implementiert.
Dort kann man kleine einfache Notizen hinterlegen.

Ist so etwas auch bei Plugins denkbar?
Was muss dazu gemacht werden?

Es kommt z.B. im Backend öfter vor, dass die Reihenfolge der Plugins wichtig ist. Dann muss z.B. ein bestimmtes Plugin vor/&hinter eine anderen eingereiht werden, etc.
Diese Information(en) wäre(n) z.B. gut als Notes zu hinterlegen. Bei einem späteren Besuch der Plugins sind nämlich die ggf. notwendigen Abhängigkeiten nicht noch immer bekannt.
