ERROR: AJAX Loading Error: Internal Server Error

Salve a tutti,
Durante la procedura automatica di aggiornamento alla versione 3.6.0 mi esce la scritta ERROR: AJAX Loading Error: Internal Server Error e l'installazione si blocca mi sapete dire come mai il mio hosting è Aruba.

Dopo devo ripristinare tutto con Akeeba Kickstart.
Ho anche reimpostato tutti i permessi a 755 ma nulla, sempre lo stesso errore...
