problema con invio mail dal sito

Salve, da quando effettuato aggiornamento a 3.8.1 non riesco a ricevere mail dal sito ne dal form contatti ne in fase di registrazione nuovo utente. Il messaggio di errore è il seguente:

Warning: require_once(/home/mhlxwsdl/public_html/libraries/joomla/document/html/renderer/head.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/mhlxwsdl/public_html/templates/cloudbase3/error.php on line 78
