Update 3.7 to 3.8 result in 1.6.3

Update 3.7 to 3.8 result in 1.6.3

I've tryed to upgrade my website from versie 3.7.? to 3.8. End of the upgrade i recieved an error and my version is suddenly 1.6.3.

I,m managing more websites and they all are upgraded tot 3.8 without any problems. All the sites are on the same platform by the same providor.

What is going wrong and how can i fix it?
