Hiding hits is not working anymore since installation 3.x

Recently I updated our website from 1.5 to 2.5 and then to 3.2.
When I try to hide some information like number of hits, author etc. this won't work anymore. Hits are still visible.
I changed the settings of the article, but no difference.

Can anybody help me with this problem?

did you check the corresponding menu item settings about these details?
