Joomla! 3.9.24 RC2 - Ready for Testing

The Production Team has a Release Candidate 2 for Joomla 3.9.24 that is ready for testing. The more people that test in different environments, the better the release can be on 12 January 2021.

DO NOT TEST ON A LIVE/PRODUCTION SITE but rather on a copy of a production site with the owners permission.

Please spend some time testing in Global Config.
We need testing of all things in PHP 7 and PHP 8.

Again, DO NOT TEST ON A LIVE/PRODUCTION SITE! Rather, test on a copy of a website that you have permission to use.
