αναβάθμιση από joomla 2.5.0 σε 2.5.3 και 2.5.4

Έκανα εγκατάσταση αναβάθμισης με Install from Directory ανεβάζοντας με FTP το ξεζιπαρισμένο αρχείο ( σύνολο φακέλων και αρχείων ) σε υποφάκελο του tmp , με επιτυχία. Έκανα έλεγχο Extension manager - database kai Discover σωστά και στη συνέχεια προβολή ιστότοπου και μου βγάζει error 403 , δεν έχετε εξουσιοδότηση για αυτόν τον ιστότοπο. Γιατί;
Ο server που χρησιμοποιώ είναι του Πανελ. Σχολικού δικτύου ( sch.gr )

The PHP temporary directory is the directory that PHP uses to store an uploaded file before Joomla! can access this file. Whilst the directory not being set isn't always a problem, if you are having issues with manifest files not being detected or uploaded files not being detected, setting this in your php.ini file might fix the issue.
