Admin Side Menu Fly Out

Post by herb200mph » Fri Sep 14, 2018 2:03 pm

When selecting an item on the left side menu, there is a black fly out sub-menu that appears.
When selecting an item on the fly out, it remains open and continues to display.
This hides some of the page content under the left side of the screen.
Can the black fly out menu be set to collapse upon selection of an item.
It is really a nuisance to keep closing it after selecting an item.

It is the Main Admin Screen. Click on something in the left menu, the black-background flyout appears.

Click on a link within it, it remains open and overlays the screen below.

It should close when clicking a menu item within it.

Oh J4 admin. Would that suggestion be better placed in the dev mailing list?

Likely should be there Webdongle, but I don't have a user account in the Developer area.
