J4Alpha11 Installation

I had to increase upload_max_filesize and post_max_size to 24M in php.ini to be able to install J4Alpha11.
Doesn't look 'shared hosting friendly' to me.
Joomla 3.x has been always happy with 8M (J2.5.x was happy with 2M)

It's funny, current size of bz2 package exceed 16Mb by just 1978 bytes (0.002Mb), and I hope further optimizations of package content will allow to fit into 16Mb limit. Anyway, significant part of the package is /media/system directory with a lot of 3rdparty libraries (Bootstrap, FontAwesome, jQuery, jQuery UI, Roboto font, TinyMCE, etc.), and there are gzipped version for most of javascript files included (actually they may be created on the fly if necessary). Note that perinstalled libraries allow other extensions to don't install their own copies, so that finally it may reduce disk usage for quite complicated websites with many extensions installed.
