Is it possible with J4 to be 100% without cookies , to disable all font-end cookies ?

Today it is absolutely necessary to have this option

to have this option in back-end to disable front end cookies ...
was it so difficult to understand ?

I'm no expert, but I believe it is, except for the essential session cookie, which does not require permission, and gets deleted when the visitor leaves the site.
As far as I know, Joomla has no tracking cookies unless you (or your extensions) install them yourself. Though apache webserver logs cannot be avoided.
The fact that an opinion is widely held is no evidence whatsoever that it is not utterly absurd.
