Registering namespace

Hi,

I have namespace called hcclib, in joomla 3.x i used an system plugin to register my name space.
Does this work different in joomla 4.x ?

But in joomla 4.x my plugin is not loaded.

I tested this by making typo in php file, than you should get 500 error but i didn't

Anyone an idea how to fix this ?
