launch.joomla.org valid domain name

Hello,
On: "launch.joomla.org" I try to create a site for testing purposes . But: what is a valid domain name? :eek:
I cannot use my own sitename, I think?

When you set up a free site, you can only select your subdomain as a prefix to the suggested domain, for example joomla.com. Therefore the full domain name of your free site will look like mysubdomain.joomla.com, for example.

If you decide to pay for hosting, you can bring your own domain name, which you can buy from https://domains.joomla.org or other providers of domain names.
