404 Not Found From ClientArea CloudAccess.net

I read through several pages of the forum but didn't see anyone with the exact issue, similar, but not exact.

I just signed up for the Free Joomla! Site 4.0. I haven't done anything yet. I waited several hours and am still getting the same error. Did I miss a step? Maybe it takes longer to set up? Maybe I should note, I tried to get a site from the https://launch.joomla.org/ but it wouldn't work. Somewhere I got direct to the Cloud Access site and signed up that way. All kind of confusing.

I'm in the Client Area. Every time I click on Login, I get:

Not Found
The requested URL /administrator/index.php was not found on this server.

Apache Server at ceasefire.jdevcloud.com Port 443

If I try to go to the website: ceasefire.jdevcloud.com I get.

https://launch.joomla.org, a.k.a. https://joomla.com, is a free website service, provided by [url=https://www.cloudaccess.net[CloudAccess.net[/url], an independent web hosting provider. Our forum moderators do not have any access to their infrastructure or support team.

If you can login to CloudAccess.net, use the Cloud Control Panel to contact the host. Otherwise use their web mail form.
