unable to register joomla launch

When i want to register joomla launch is always get message invalid phonenumber. I tried my two number but still the same message. How can fix this?

The Joomla! Launch is hosted by CloudAccess.net, an independent hosting provider. They may not accept phone numbers from some countries. Please contact CloudAccess.net directly for support.

Hi,
I am trying to register from Italy. I am in Italy and I have an Italian phone number. However I receive this error:
"Your country, phone number and location data do not match. Please correct it."

I do not know what to correct, since I am selecting Italy as the country and for the prefix for my mobile phone number.

I see someone else has had the same problem before:

I have tried to register by using my Twitter account but it stops with he same error.

@minnamoira, you read from the earlier topic that the moderators of the Joomla support forum do not have any access to the accounts or websites at https://launch.joomla.org. Therefore it is best to contact CloudAccess.net directly.
