3.9.21 update is not possible

After using this testsite http://schelpen.joomla.com at https://launch.joomla.org/ for a year joomla 3.9.21 update is not possible, nor extensions like Akeeba

The issue reported by Akeeba Backup may be caused by lack of disk space. Please contact your host from their Cloud Control Panel (CCP).

If you cannot update the version of PHP from the CCP to PHP 7.4, ask the host to do that and make sure that the same modules have been enabled as in PHP 7.2.

If there are other issues, please post the results from the Forum Post (FPA) by following the instructions at https://forumpostassistant.github.io/docs/ so that our volunteer experts can review the configuration.
