Delete launch.joomla account and site

Hello.

I created a launch.joomla account last night and began working on the site. However, I was informed today that I may not use Joomla for my project. I need to delete my account/the site, however I can't find how to do this in any of the menus or documentation. I managed to delete the site from cloudaccess.net, but my account for cloudaccess.net persists. Help would be very appreciated.

CloudAccess.net is an independent web hosting provider. If it is not possible to remove the account through the Cloud Control Panel (CCP), you can contact them by phone or email.

Can I ask why you can't use joomla ?????

Sure. The state organization has a paid membership/agreement with WordPress and requires all local organizations to use WordPress.
