My joomla site not working on mobile network

Im new to joomla and i put my domain to my site. My host is a free that joomla offers cloudaccess.net and is very limited.

After putting my domain site is not working on mobile network but works on wifi.

When i go via mobile network the message that i get is

Just realized that when i use another sim card from the same cellphone it works... It is the same service provider but one sim is paid contract(the one that works) and the other is a la karte

I found out that when i deactivated volte technology from my phone my site worked just fine...

Is it possible to know whatbis wrong with the code and site doesn't work when volte is enabled on cellphones?
