I've just launched a test for Joomla 4 in Cloudnet

I've installed "Blog Sample Data"

Just that, not more.

All the content is not accesible because of a 404 error. It seems that URLs are incorrect.

Just downloaded the latest Beta8-dev from Nightly Builds, installed it in localhost using Wampserver 3.2.5 and PHP 8.0.5, then renamed htaccess.txt to .htaccess, selected the options 'Search Engine Friendly URLs', 'Use URL Rewriting' and 'Add Suffix to URL', then went to Home Dashboard - Sample Data - Blog Sample Data and clicked the Install button. No problems whatsoever with any of the URLs, menus, categories or tags.

Did you rename the file htaccess.txt to .htaccess?

If you installed Joomla 4 Beta8 from the option provided by CloudAccess.net, it may have been slightly out of date and therefore possibly unstable. You may need to start a new test site or contact CloudAccess.net to have a clean slate, then download the latest Beta8-dev and go from there.
