There is an issue for people who want to download the Forum Post Assistant software when they use Windows 10 with Windows Defender SmartScreen enabled. The issue has been discussed in several places on the forum (see viewtopic.php?f=806&t=974477 or viewtopic.php?f=806&t=976273 as examples).

We can confirm that the detection of a "virus" by Windows Defender SmartScreen is a false positive. If people disable Windows Defender SmartScreen and then they will be able to download the Forum Post Assistant. It's entirely your choice if you wish to do that. We can confirm that downloading the Forum Post Assistant presents no threat to your PC.

People who use other PC operating system software can ignore this post.
