fpa-en.php auto-deleted

Post by eggpap » Tue Feb 01, 2022 6:30 am

Hello,

when I run the mydomain.com/fpa-en.php link I get always the following message.

As a security measure, this copy of FPA has been self-deleted due to the time it has been present on the server.
You will need to upload another copy of FPA to continue.

Moreover, when I upload the fpa-en.php file to the server with FTP, FTP log shows the following messages:
[07:19:22] Transfer queue completed
[07:19:22] Transferred 1 File (546 KB) in 3 seconds (157,3 KB/s)
[07:19:22] 1 File Failed

However fpa-en.php appears in the root directory.

Thanks

Please read either/both the following topics for the solution:
  1. viewtopic.php?f=806&t=982234
  2. viewtopic.php?f=806&t=983903
The administrator guide also states:
Upload Using An FTP (File Transfer Protocol) Client

To use this method you will need to have FTP Access to your web hosting account and your account login credentials, including a working FTP Client app/software installed.

You can use your operating systems native FTP command-line tools or any of the following File Transfer (FTP) or Secure Copy (SCP) applications will do the job: Transmit, WinSCP¹, CyberDuck, FileZilla

_____
¹ WinSCP Users: uncheck "Preserve Timestamp" in Session Options to avoid auto-delete issues.

You must check the last modified date and re-create the fpa-en.php file before to upload it to the server.
