[4rc2] [+] button custom admin menu item ignores settings

Post by Mr. Wimpy » Tue Jun 22, 2021 10:38 am

1. Create a new custom admin menu item: i.e. Blog
2. Set type as List All Articles
3. Select a category: i.e. Blog
4. Go to tab: Options and set Add New Shortcuts to Yes
(btw: There is only 1 shortcut... shouldn't it be 'Add New Shortcut'?)
5. Save & close

6. Check if Blog menu item displays a list of articles from the category Blog.
7. Clear all filters in the Articles List.
8. Click on the [+] sign of Blog menu item

Expected
A new article is created with category automatically set to Blog.

Actually
A new article is created with category automatically set to Uncategorised.

More actually
Go to the Articles List and filter categories: i.e. Help.
Click on the [+] sign of Blog.
A new article is created with category automatically set to Help.

Regards,
Wim
