J4 and PHP 8.1

Hi guys.....I tested J4 on PHP 8.1 (altPHP 8.1 on Cloud Linux) and initially things seemed to be OK.

But then I noticed an error message on the extensions icon in the Admin:

Missing field in database: Joomla\CMS\Table\Extension   extension_id.

All relevant PHP modules seemed to be activated on the server, so is J4 not ready for PHP 8.1 yet?

But when I switch back to 8.0 with the same PHP modules enabled there's no issue Brian.
