It doesn't appear to be part of Joomla core - I don't see any such button in my J4.1.5.

It might be a module. Check Modules manager, filter in "admin" modules (not "site" modules). See if anything comes up with "skip to content"

Can you post the FPA report results please. https://forumpostassistant.github.io/docs/

Another suggestion, can you right click the button then on your browser context menu, go to the option named "Inspect" (or something similar) which should launch the developer tool within your browser, and show you the HTML code producing that button. Post the code, or a screenshot of what you think may be it, back to this thread. Note to post attachments, used the advanced forum editor box, click the button "Full editor and preview" then go to the 'attachments' tab.
Regards - A Murray

It should not be visible by default and only when you get keyboard focus. So you have an issue there, but to disable it look for the skipto plugin and siaable that

I'm unsure if we're discussing the same thing, Brian. I'd like to know where the "Skip to Content" facility comes from, too. Certainly, the "Skip to Navigation" facility comes from the eponymous System - Skip-To Navigation plugin but looks a little different to me (see screenshot below):

"Skip to Content" or "Skip to Navigation", hmmm? ??? BTW, I like both of these accessibility tools! 8)
