I keep getting the subject mentioned error when I try to login to administrator panel any advice joomla 4

The default session lifetime is 15 minutes, set in Global Configuration. If you have not been active within that time you will be logged out. You could make the session longer. I have mine set to 60 minutes for testing on localhost.

That feature is controlled in: System > Global Configuration > System > Session Lifetime (Minutes).

Default is 15 minutes, so setting it to any value above that which you desire will increase the "time out."

The maximum value is "9999."
