Recaptcha not showing J4

Hi,
On my contact form ReCaptcha does show
All we see is Captcha *
I sent a test message via the form and nothing has arrived.
Is there a fix for this?

Hi,

the reCAPTCHA plugin is enabled?

And the correct codes (V2) have been entered?

I have the secret key and site key correct
