Joomla renames some of my images with extraneous code at the end of the filename

Post by krishunt » Mon Jan 30, 2023 10:55 pm

On some of my article pages, on the Images and Links tab, where you select an Intro Image and Full Article Image, Joomla will automatically add a bunch of code to the end of the filename, which causes problems that conflict with my CSS. So for example, if I tell it to use this image:

Code: Select all

images/resources/blog/190520/image.webp
it will instead put this there:

Code: Select all

images/resources/blog/190520/image.webp#joomlaImage://local-images/resources/blog/190520/image.webp?width=900&height=600
Why's it doing that, and how do I get it to stop?

Hi,

Do you use an extension or a template that optimizes your images?

Ron :)

The additions have to do with lazyloading, as discussed in this topic: Strange article image url
