Hellow. An important question for me. It is necessary to clean the cache there after every change made in the admin panel. Extension management is blocked. Is it just me? How do you deal with it?

The problem is solved. I found the plugin "System - Page Cache". It was turned on. Turned off all the changes became visible. You just need to refresh the page cache Ctrl+F5. Good luck to everyone!
