set_time_limit()

I have a problem. I am not able to start JOOMLA 4.3.3 control panel. Following message is shown: "Call to undefined function Joomla\CMS\Filesystem\set_time_limit()". Because I am not able to start control panel, I don´t know what to do. Could You help to me?

Ask your host if they have disabled the function.
