disable email requirement on joomla user registration

i need visitors register in my site and i don't need their emails so i want to disable email requirement on joomla user registration page.
how can i do that?
or atleast disable limitation for duplicate email.
i need this because most of them don't have email.

1. Without the email address they will never be able to reset their password if they forget it

as i said problem is most of them don't have email.

I recently saw other similar questions on the forum (about registration form customisation) and there are extensions with which you can remove certain fields from the default form.

Some form builders also allow you to create custom registration forms.

Unfortunately the extensions site is down so I can't provide a link.

yea i tried some extensions like allow same email ,.... but didn't work.
i already use Rs Form but it seems doesn't have taht ability.
