An error has occurred. 500 behavior::modal not found.

Creating a new article or a new category results in error message:
"An error has occurred.
500 behavior::modal not found."

Joomla 4.0.3, a clean Joomla installation. The only installed component is iFAQ and Dutch language.

Same error message for creating:
- new tag
- new News Feeds
- new Contacts
- new Banners

Obviously there is something wrong with your installation or everyone would be reporting this as its impacting such a basic feature.

This may be an issue with ifaq. Never heard of that before so cant look for it to check. B

Found it. Definitely an iFAQ issue. A new version was released today

Problem is solved with release new version of iFAQ.
