Protected extension

I have the en-gb extension in extension manager but I can't enable it.
It has a lock next to it and every time I try to enable it I get the error:
Editing status is not allowed
How do I solve this.
The number is active at administrator but it does not work on the website part.
Who can help me?

it is already active and can not be disabled (thats why it has the lock)

Be informed that the language English (en-GB) is native to Joomla! That is the main reason it cannot be deleted.

In case, if you want to use another language, you could install it and make that language as the Default Front-end and/or Back-End language.

Afer re update joomla 4.0.3 it works.
Probbebly something went wrong the first update.
