it really looks like you don't have a start(home) page for the english language or it doesn't work.
remove it if necessary and also empty the recycle bin and then create a new start (home) page for your english menu.
here's another website that explains everything step by step.
https://www.joomlart.com/blog/how-to-cr ... p-tutorial
ps
And it is really important that there are none of those locks in front of it, so check them all well and also close them properly.
and if you don't trust the htaccess or working properly
then give it a new name and upload a new one from a clean install.
and clean cache after every change on the site.

Thanks to everyone for your help.
I reinstalled joomla and I don't have any redirection problem anymore ;)

However, the SSL is still not active... and the separator menu still doesn't work.

Okay guys I have activated "FORCE SSL" again in Joomla and to my surprise it works!
Nothing is better than starting from scratch.
Now I just have to find out why the separator menu and the menu headings are not displayed.

I don't really know... SSL works now so my url it's https.
My only problem now is "Separator" or/and "Menu Heading" are not display.
