Unable to translate 'Search' in Smart Search plugin

please help. I cannot translate this word "search" . plugin smart search joomla 4.3.1

What have you tried so far?

Did you try:
System > Language Overrides > English - Site > [New] >
Search for: Value, or Constant
Search Text: Search

Please post a screenshot here as an attachment. That other place gives no context but plenty of Ads. You need to state which page the word occurs in. There are at least 7 plugins for Smart Search. Or do you mean the module that appears on the front end. If so, this is the string you need to override:

MOD_FINDER_SEARCH_VALUE="Search &hellip;"
