New Basque language coordinator

Hello everyone,

For a long time, Miel Loinaz has been the coordinator of Basque language for Joomla!, but it's reached the time for him to pass the role to someone else, so now I am the current coordinator for Basque.

I tried contacting via email and via Crowdin but I haven't received any answer at all.

Please, change the coordinator for Basque as displayed here: https://downloads.joomla.org/language-p ... ns-joomla4
