Plugin language translation does not work

Hello
I have fully translated the language files for a plugin but the translated language is not working and is still on English
I have placed the files named fa-IR.com_COMPONENTNAME.ini in the language folders, but the component is still in English.
I have even changed the name of the file to com_COMPONENTNAME.ini in the language folder, but the language of the component is still English.
Please guide me.

Plugin translations go in administrator/language/fa-IR/ and have names such as plg_group_pluginname.ini

Look at the list of plugin ini files already in the administrator/languages folder.

Component translations go in languages/fa-IR and in administrator/languages/fa-IR - different sets for front end and back end. And the names are like com_componentname.ini (and .sys.ini). Again, look at the existing folders to see the naming convention.
