I need to build a new multilingual site on Joomla 4, unfortunately, my native language pack is not yet ready
So, since I need to build the new multilingual menu setup, at least before the completed language pack is available, and my site can be updated automatically later when the actual language pack were rolled into production
I'm modifying the default en-US version into my version, the language pack is installable and detected in the backend
These is the files edited to my requirements
install.xml
langmetadata.xml
pkg_en-US.xml
And this is the working results

Secondly, where my problem starts
I did use the multilingual sample data installer like below

But the flag and menu of the new language is not displayed on the frontend.. means something is not right here

So, my question is, how? where is the code line that need i edit to completely fix this issue?
I believe there's many user out there that have the same issue like me, where this post might tremendously helping them, even though it would be a temporary fix -- but greatly needed this time
