Multilingual associations for tag component

Hi!
I found that is no multilingual association in tags component. I have over 3000 articles and ~~250 tags. Articles are in 2 languages - and possible to create multilanguage associations for articles and categories, byt for tags it impossible.
i find the same problem here https://github.com/joomla/joomla-cms/discussions/28012 - it's Joomla 3. How about J4 version? It possible to add multilingual for tags?

And problem, when i create menu "tags elements" - for create page with all articles, who have the same tag. When I change language i see the same language in this blog of articles, byt if i click on the name of articles - i have the translated article.
