Wrong html lang=

Hello. I have a website in the Czech language. I am now making this website multilingual.
I have everything set up fine. It's not my first multilingual site.
But on the Polish website I still have

<html lang="cs-cz" dir="ltr">
in the html code.

Where can the error be?

Have you checked with the Language Status Admin Module?
