I found an issue with localise.php for sv-SE. How do i report it? Should I use the ordinary Issue tracker?

The issue is that the localised transliteration function replaces

[space]j with j

which messes up some adjusted url patterns.

This has already been reported and ignored. Try reporting on Crowdin https://joomla.crowdin.com/cms/sv.

Maybe you can help me adjusting the localise.php to apply to Joomla 5 as well?
Please let me know since I am not a coder myself.
