Use default Language (langue par défaut) Topic is solved

Hello

I installed the French language on 2 sites and set the French by default (star on the installed language).
On one of the two sites, the administration language has been changed to French, and on the other site, the language remains in English.

I checked the user settings and the languages are all "default" for the two settings "Backend Language" and "Frontend Language".

When I change this default language on this user, the language change is correct...
Why the default language is OK on a site and not on the other?

In both the sites, could you please check what language is set as the default language in the following screens:

- Languages: Installed (Site)
- Languages: Installed (Administrator)

Note:
These screens could be accessed by navigating as follows:
System => Manage -> Languages

The parameters was French only for "site", not "administration"
