In Notifications all functions are colored red.

Hello. Checking for Joomla updates and everything else is not possible. Is it possible to reinstall Joomla 4 without losing the functionality of the site?

I was hoping that the update would help, but I can't update... I put the skins on another hosting because it might not be safe...
