I can't turn off new article notifications Topic is solved

I am testing adding articles on the front end. Every time I do so, an email notification is sent to my Superuser account.

However, when I check the Superuser settings 'User Actions Log Options' tab the 'Email notifications*' option is set to 'No', which is the default, I believe.

Do I need to do something somewhere else to stop receiving these messages?

Is your super user account email the same as your site email?

This is not a user action log email - something that is really quite new
This is the content-joomla plugin - been around forever.

You have TWO options
1. Set your user account to NOT receive system emails

2. Set the plugin to NOT send emails on frontend article submission

Thank you, Brian. It was option 2 I needed and it's been a very long time since I've had to do that, so I'd forgotten how.
