Cache problem: I can’t disable it in Joomla

I nearly ended migration to J 4.1.5 on one site.
I still have enhancements to do on template.
I am using TT8 to modify templates.

The problem I am facing with is that I can’t disable cache in Joomla.
In Configuration/System/System cache is disactivated.
But if I do a change in a page, I can’t see it on a browser before clearing the cache in Joomla.
So it seems like joomla has a secret cache somewhere.
This is very frustrating because I must clear it after each content edition in Backend in order to see effect on frontend. But I can survive with that.
What is very frustrating now is that I do template modifications and after importing new template and checking it’s default, I don’t see the result in frontend.

Of course I already checked that MAMP pro was not doing caching : php /cache module execution off.
As I tested 3 browsers in parallel (firefox, safari and Chrome) and they did’t gave me same result I disable cache also there
Firefox about:config
browser.cache.memory.enable. false
browser.cache.disk.enable false

Chrome Menu/More tools/Developer tools/Check the “Disable cache” box.
Safari too much complicated I drop it.

So Why joomla is doing caching when it is supposed no to do it ?

Go to Plugins in the backend and search for "cache" to find System - Page Cache; this plugin is disabled by default on new installations of J!. Disable this plugin.

For more information about what this plugin does, see https://docs.joomla.org/Cache#Page_Caching; sorry, there is no documentation written for J! 4.x yet but the principle is the same as J! 3.x.

You showed me how to kill the cache.
Life is much easyer now.

As I am a little bit stupid, I did not erased the cache after installing a new template, so the new template was never displayed (due to this 'secret cache' always active)
